Demonstration of SmartCloud traceability on on 2 cages of the fish farm production process for Sea bream (Sparus aurata) and Sea Bass (Dicentrarchus labrax). The system is expected to include point of fish breeding; point of fish packaging;
point of fish transportation; point of fish distribution; point of sale to the customer (supermarket).

Relevance to ALLIANCE
