Improve traceability of sustainably farmed Meagre (Argyrosomus regius) farmed in Portugal by developing a QR code system backed by blockchain. QR codes will be attached to each fish or fish package to give consumers easy access to information on the life of that fish, including data on water quality and farm production records. This would reduce the risk of information being lost or miscommunicated.
