Traditional Speciality Guaranteed (TSG)

Quality label introduced by the EU to products or foodstuffs whose specific qualities are related to the composition, methods of manufacturing or traditional production processes. TSG products are not necessarily linked to a specific geographic area, but because they follow a typical traditional production specification.
